Meet the CEO

Ashli Ferguson is a Creative Director and Strategist with over 9 years of experience, known for helping brands share their stories both online and in real life. A graduate of the 2023 Goldman Sachs Black in Business One Million Black Women Program, Ashli excels at pushing clients beyond creative boundaries, enabling them to connect with their communities through compelling narratives.

Her journey in the creative industry has been unconventional, which eventually led her to establish Exhibit B, where she could freely pursue her vision of creating meaningful connections through storytelling and design.

Ashli’s approach is rooted in her deep belief that stories shape how people interact with one another and aids in the formation of their beliefs. Throughout her career, Ferguson has led initiatives that significantly increased social media engagement, spearheaded rebranding projects that boosted brand recognition and customer loyalty, and developed brand strategies that helped small businesses increase their revenue. Her eye for design and unique ability to connect with people enables her to execute high-level ideas that touch the hearts of her clients and their communities.
