  • What exactly is Lo-Glow Up?
    Lo-Glow Up is an affordable option for small businesses who are in need of a logo refresh or upgrade to better align with their brand.

    How does this work?
    After your purchase, you will receive an email prompting you to fill out a questionnaire. After filling out your questionnaire, you will receive an automated email to sign a contract and prompted to onboard into your client portal.

    Can I request revisions to the designs or content?
    Absolutely! You get 2 rounds of revisions for each asset. For example, 2 rounds of revisions for the logo, 2 rounds of revisions for the color palette and so on and so forth. Additional rounds of revisions will be an additional charge and will be outlined in the contract you receive.

    When do I receive the business cards?
    You will receive your business cards with your new logo in the mail after your final approval of your logo.

    How long will this take?
    It will take about 2 weeks if we receive our approvals on time.

    What if I don’t fill out the questionnaire or sign the contract within the given timeframe?
    We understand things can get busy, which is why we send an immediate reminder to fill out the questionnaire and sign the contract after your purchase. If for some reason, you do not fill it out in time, this is the only circumstance where your money will be returned and we will cancel your order.

    Am I able to get a refund?
    We pride ourselves on being able to fulfill the needs of everyone who purchases this service. Because of the nature of this product, and the time spent customizing it, once the contract is signed, a refund is not available on this purchase (we really don't think you'll need one anyway!)

    Will I receive the digital files of my logo?
    Yes! You’ll receive all versions of your logo in the formats SVG, AI, PNG, JPEG, and PDF.
